Sal, I wanted to let you know how great the food was today (as always) and how much all my friends enjoyed it.

I never did get the waitress's name but she was wonderful.  A lot of work for her and she handled everything perfectly.  I did thank her but please thank her again for me.

I am very glad I chose your restaurant for my party.
